Match Lighting the Grill

If the burner will not light after several attempts using the control knows, the burner may be lit with a match.

1. If you have already attempted to light the burner with the igniter, allow 5 minutes for any accumulated gas to dissipate.
2. Insert a lit extended match or lighter through the cooking grids to the burner
3. Press and turn the control know to the "HI" setting. Continue pressing the know until the burner ignites.
4. If the burner does not ignite within 4 seconds, turn the control know to the "OFF" position. Wait 5 minutes and try again.
