How to convert text to columns in OpenOffice.org Calc

12/04/2007 07:57:00 AM
In OO 2.2 Calc, there’s a built-in function:

Go to the Insert menu / Sheet From File / select your text file.

Check the options to choose delimiters and column types, etc.

Or, you can copy text file, then "paste special" into Calc to get to the same menu.
